• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• The source of the deposit must match the payment details registered on your account.
• Deposits from another person's payment account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

• Wagering requirement: you must place bets 10 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus benefits are only available to valid, registered users.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are usable for gameplay only.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address may not claim bonus benefits.
• tj77 reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Fair Play Policy

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.2 Closure at User Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may notify our support team in writing. In this case, any outstanding legitimate funds will be returned, but the bonus balance will be cancelled.

9.3 Funds After Account Closure

After an account is closed, any legitimate funds will be returned to the user's registered payment method. However, if the account is closed due to fraud, all associated funds may be forfeited.
